REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Community/Senior Center Walk-in Refrigerator and Freezer ReplacementRepair 

Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals to replace the walk-in refrigerator and freezer refrigeration components, located in the kitchen at the County Commons/Senior Center. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Said proposals will be accepted by Electronic Submission (preferred) to and or by hardcopy proposals until 2:00 P.M., June 20, 2023.  Proposals received after 2:00 P.M., will not be accepted.

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
