REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

County Commons and Medical Office Building Concrete Removal and Replacement 

Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified concrete repairs specialists for the concrete at the County Commons and Medical Office Buildings. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. Said proposals will be accepted by Electronic Submission (preferred) to and or by hardcopy proposals until 2:00 P.M., June 20, 2023.  Proposals received after 2:00 P.M., will not be accepted.

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
