SUMMIT COUNTY – The Summit Stage public transit system released an electronic transit survey this morning in English and Spanish. The survey, open through November 19, will help the agency identify ways to improve, adapt, and change its service.
As an integral part of the Short Range Transit Plan, a five-year outlook on transit in Summit County, the survey will ask riders and non-riders what they think about transit and how it could be better.
“If you ride transit, we want to know what you like or dislike about it. If you haven’t ridden for a while, we want to learn why," Summit County Transit Director Chris Lubbers said. “This will help us design, plan and program the next five years of transit in Summit County. We hope that you will take a few moments to click through the survey and provide your feedback.”
Summit Stage is Summit County’s free public transportation system, operated by Summit County government. Summit Stage is funded through a voter-approved 0.75% countywide sales tax and provides nearly 2 million passenger trips each year.
