Update from Xcel Energy Colorado:
Power has been restored to 13,800 customers in Summit County. These customers will no longer experience rolling power outages. Xcel Energy crews continue to work on restoring power to 3,800 customers and are anticipated to be restored this afternoon.

Xcel Energy has been able to reroute natural gas service. They are still investigating the source and cause of the initial gas pressure loss. Crews are continuing their work to resolve the issues.
