Summit County Meeting Room Reservations
Summit County has four facilities with rooms available for reservation to accommodate meetings and events. The Master Building Use Policies and Procedures contains guidance on the use of Summit County property and facilities.
- Breckenridge Grand Vacations Community Center and Summit County South Branch Library, 103 S. Harris St., Breckenridge, CO
- Summit County North Branch Library, 651 Center Circle, Silverthorne, CO
- Summit County Community & Senior Center, 83 Nancy's Place, Frisco, CO.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations Community Center and South Branch Library
This remodeled historic building has two meeting spaces and a kitchen, both of which may be reserved for use from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No use or rental of these rooms is permitted for commercial or profit-making activities.
To request a room reservation or if you have any questions, please email sblmeetingrooms@summitcountyco.gov or call 970-453-3544 and ask for a meeting room manager. Download the application form and reservations policies and fee policies. To request approval for alcohol use at your meeting or event, download the alcohol use form.

Free: County, Towns, Community Center tenants, nonprofit organizations, community and civic organizations
$50/hr: Private Groups
Summit County North Branch Library
Blue River Room
The Blue River Room will be closed for reservation starting June 1, 2022 for upcoming renovation. New meeting room options available upon completion of the project.
Summit County Community & Senior Center
The Summit County Community and Senior Center has five rooms available for reservation, as well as a full commercial kitchen and catering services. For complete information about rooms, capacities and amenities, visit the Summit County Community and Senior Center.
- Hoosier Room (can be combined with Freemont and Loveland rooms)
- Fremont Room (can be combined with Hoosier and Loveland rooms)
- Loveland Room (can be combined with Hoosier and Freemont rooms)

Rates:
- Free: Summit County and Summit County Senior Citizens
- $10/hr: Youth and government organizations
- $25/hr: Community civic organizations or nonprofit organizations in Summit County
- $50/hr: Private groups
