Summit County Meeting Room Reservations
Summit County has four facilities with rooms available for reservation to accommodate meetings and events. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, all meeting rooms are closed for use by the public through at least Aug. 31, 2020. The Master Building Use Policies and Procedures contains guidance on the use of Summit County property and facilities.

This recently remodeled historic building has three meeting spaces and a kitchen, all or which may be reserved for use from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No use or rental of these rooms is permitted for commercial or profit-making activities.
To request a room reservation or if you have any questions, please email sblmeetingrooms@summitcountyco.gov or call 970-453-3544 and ask for a meeting room manager.
Hopefull Room
Free: County, Towns, Community Center tenants and other qualified nonprofit organizations in Summit County
$25/hr: Community and civic organizations and other nonprofit organizations in Summit County
$50/hr: All other organizations, HOA's, and private events

The Summit County Commons has two free meeting rooms available for reservation by the public Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. No use or rental of these rooms is permitted for commercial or profit-making activities.
Mount Royal Room

The Summit County North Branch Library has one free room available for reservation by the public Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday - Closed (call the Library for exceptions). No use or rental of these rooms is permitted for commercial or profit-making activities.
Blue River Room

The Summit County Community and Senior Center has five rooms available for reservation, as well as a full commercial kitchen and catering services. For complete information about rooms, capacities and amenities, visit the Summit County Community and Senior Center.
