Summit County and the Town of Breckenridge have been working collaboratively to analyze, evaluate, and plan for the joint development and operation of an affordable workforce housing project on the County owned property. The design concept supports up to 52 units split between two modularly constructed buildings. The approximately 1.8-acre parcel of undeveloped land is located on the northeast corner of Airport Road and Rankin Avenue known as the “Justice Center Parcel”. The Justice Center will create 52 new units with a minimum of 50% of all units available at or below 80% AMI.
