The Summit County Art Forum coordinates the display of public art for Summit County government. The committee also showcases the work of local artists in the Art Forum display space in the Summit County Commons building, featuring three exhibits per year.
The Art Forum display space is located in the upper level of the County Commons building, 0037 Peak One Dr., Frisco. The space rotates its exhibit three times each year. Each exhibit is based on a particular theme, and the Art Forum committee selects works that interpret the theme in a variety of ways.
The Art Forum strives to display the work of artists who reside in Summit County, on at least a part-time basis. To submit art for the committee’s consideration, send an email to Art Forum Program Assistant Shelby Sainz. Please include photos of two or three samples of your work that fit within the upcoming exhibit theme.
Summit County owns more than 20 works of art that are on display inside County buildings and in outdoor public spaces. View a selection of our publicly owned works of art (pdf), including their locations and the artists who created them.
