Our office is frequently thought to be the same office as the Clerk of Courts. The Clerk of Courts is a state office that is located at the Justice Center at 501 North Park Avenue in Breckenridge. Contact their office regarding legal matters such as court dates, divorce, appointments for a Civil marriage ceremony performed by a Judge, etc. Contact the Courts by heading to their website or calling (970) 453-2272 for County Court, (970) 453-2241 for District Court.
Need a Driver License or State-Issued ID?
The Clerk & Recorder does not handle Driver Licenses, State-Issued IDs, Motor Vehicle Driving Records or Driving Test Appointments. Those services are provided locally by the Colorado Driver License Office in Frisco. Call their office at (970) 668-5015 or (303) 205-5600.
