Free public transit throughout Summit County, Colorado

SUMMIT STAGE HAS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED TRANSIT SERVICE DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS.  Every day from 7:00am to 7:00pm, we are operating a limited service critical-response dial-a-ride for people needing immediate non-life threatening situation health care.  Call our dispatcher at 970-668-0999 for information.  Please stay home if you are sick, feel COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has the COVID-19 virus.

Summit Stage offers free public transit service within Summit County, providing access to our public lands, lodging, town centers, retail areas, and medical centers.  We also operate two low-cost commuter routes, connecting with both Park County and Lake County. Summit Stage provides complementary demand-response ADA paratransit service within 3/4 mile of our fixed routes.

Bike Racks

Buses are equipped with bike racks from May 1 through October 31 only.  Our bike racks CANNOT hold E-Bikes as these bikes are too heavy for the racks.  Learn how to use Summit Stage bike racks.  Summit Stage buses do not have bike racks over the winter.
